Everyone tells us these are challenging times and I agree.  With so many challenges to our health, both mental & physical, boredom can become a deterrent to staying well.   So how about a few projects to keep our mind and hands busy!

Do you collect anything?  When was the last time you did an inventory of that collection?  Now is the perfect time!  There are companies out there that offer free software to collect and store that data.  I am sure there are more companies, this is just one I happen to use.

Leave it to that huge electrical box, piping, and wires to ruin the aesthetics of your home. Paint anything that stands out the same color as your house. You could also paint other things in the yard the same color to blend the color across your entire pallet.

Give your front door an inexpensive face lift?

If you’re handier than I am myself maybe you could add some window boxes?

I am going to do this trick.  As any of you that follow us know, I just love my flower beds and these address planters are right up my alley.  I will be using a solar paint to do the numbers!!

There are a lot more ideas right here.  Get that home ready for spring and ready to list when all this is done and over.

As for looking ahead, there is NO better time to think about that new home.  As interest rates are so low, you will never get an opportunity like this again.  Check out the virtual tours of available properties in our area.

As always we want to thank you for spending a few moments with us today.  Stay safe, don’t let all this get to you and remember…we are all in this together.
